At Resinflow™, we create and deliver premium digital products — including resin art guides, templates, pricing tools, and learning resources — to help creators develop their craft with clarity and confidence.

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are considered final upon purchase.

However, we stand behind the quality of our materials and offer limited refunds in specific cases described below.

2. Digital Product Nature

All Resinflow™ products are intangible, instantly accessible digital files.

Once your payment is processed and the download link is delivered, you gain immediate access to the full product.

For this reason, digital products are not eligible for return or exchange under standard consumer law once the download process has begun.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or defective upon download.

• The product cannot be accessed due to a verified technical issue on our end.

• You have not yet downloaded or accessed the product and request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction (“I didn’t like it”).

• Compatibility issues caused by outdated or unsupported devices or software.

• Misuse, unauthorized sharing, or modification of files.

4. Requesting a Refund

Include the following details in your message:

• Full name and email used for purchase

• Order ID or transaction reference

• Short description of the issue

• Screenshot or proof of the error (if applicable)

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally made duplicate purchases of the same product, please contact us immediately.

Upon verification, a full refund for the duplicate order will be issued.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before opening a dispute or chargeback through your payment provider, please reach out to us first at info@resinflow.eu.

Most technical or access-related issues can be quickly resolved with direct support.

Unresolved chargebacks may result in loss of access to your Resinflow™ account and future updates.

7. EU Consumer Rights (Digital Products)

Under the EU Digital Content Directive (2019/770), once digital content has been delivered or accessed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You will gain immediate access to the digital files.

• You waive your right of withdrawal under Article 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005).

8. Updates and Product Replacements

In case of product updates or corrections (for example, fixing a file or updating a version), Resinflow™ will provide free replacement downloads to all existing customers at no additional cost.
